Most often the EZFSG2 Spool Gun is used for aluminum wires, but any type of wire can be used on 4 in. spools. The 4 in. spool mounts right on the Spool Gun. The distance the wire has to travel is greatly reduced, resulting in less feeding problems and better ov erall welds.
The METAL MAN EZ Feed Spool Gun is rated at a 35% Duty Cycle at 200 Amp when using CO2 gas and is rated at a 35% Duty Cycle at 160 Amp when using Argon gas. This spool gun is capable of running 0.030 and 0.035 wires and is ideal for light fabrication and welding repair.
We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.
