You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unused, with any original tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact sales@elweldingsupplies.com. If the return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
This location is not open for walk-in returns. Please obtain return authorization and shipping instructions first.
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom or special-order products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about a product's eligibility.
After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
For an exchange, return the original item after authorization and place a separate order for the replacement.
