Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. International and P.O. Box Orders

Welding & Industrial Supplies only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed (see “International Shipping” section). Welding & Industrial Supplies does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Policy

• Though all sales are final, Welding & Industrial Supplies accepts returns for 60 days from the invoice date for specific reasons and with certain stipulations per return reason, on a case-by-case basis.
• Special orders or customized items are not returnable and such orders cannot be canceled once placed.
• Only returns with assigned RGA numbers will be processed.
