Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Used or damaged products.
• PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for safety and hygiene reasons
• Special orders and custom-made products.

Return Process

• Contact our customer service team at sales@elweldingsupplies.com or (407) 204 0576 to initiate the return.
• Securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your receipt or invoice.
• Ship the package to our return center 1335 Bennett Drive, Unit 101, Longwood, Florida 32750.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• If you prefer an exchange, we will process the replacement order as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
